Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on order value and location, and will display delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are calculated from time of shipping - not from when the order is placed.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, including any international orders (Delivery outside of Canada). International orders must pass through customs, and delays may be out of our control. See Customs, Duties, and Taxes below for more info.
Free Shipping & Discount codes
Free shipping is available within Canada and USA for orders over $150, but cannot be combined with any other offer, and/or discount code. If you apply a discount code at checkout, free shipping will no longer be an option.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Atlasbrace.com ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders from outside of Canada must pass through customs, as we ship all orders from our HQ in Canada. Any disturbances or delays caused by customs are out of Atlas’s control and cannot be troubleshooted by Atlas. Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier with your tracking number if you are facing delays. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).
Damages
Atlas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
